parkrun
Cranleigh parkrun is a free, fun, and welcoming 5k event every Saturday at Knowle Park. Walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply come along to cheer... it’s completely up to you!
When and Where?
Every Saturday at 9am.
Head to the kiosks and you'll see other participants.
Cost?
Participation is completely free! Please register before your first run and bring a scannable copy of your barcode. Without it, your time won’t be recorded.
Who can join?
Everyone! Cranleigh parkrun is for all abilities and paces. The aim is to enjoy yourself.
Junior parkrun
For younger participants, Sunday 2k junior parkrun events take place at Knowle Park at 9am for children aged 4–14 and their families. It’s a fun, safe way for kids to enjoy running and take part in the parkrun community.
Volunteers
The event relies entirely on volunteers. If you’d like to help, email cranleigh@parkrun.com.
