Events operate on a shared-benefit model, with an agreed ticket split that supports both organisers and the ongoing care of the park. This ensures events contribute directly to the community while aligning with our charitable aims.

The Amphitheatre

Nestled within the landscape, Knowle Park’s amphitheatre offers a striking natural setting for outdoor theatre, music, and live performance. Shaped by the park’s natural contours, the gently terraced ground provides excellent sightlines, creating an intimate open-air auditorium for both seated and standing audiences.

A dedicated stage anchors the space, with strong natural acoustics suited to spoken word, acoustic music, and amplified performances. The amphitheatre’s natural enclosure helps contain sound while maintaining an open, expansive feel, making it ideal for theatre productions, concerts, and community events.

The Kiosk Shelter close to park kiosks, is open and welcoming, with easy access to refreshments and facilities. Its bright, airy design makes it well suited to arts activities and community workshops while staying connected to the park.

The 'Wild Tots' Shelter near the overflow car park, offers a quieter, more secluded setting. Surrounded by greenery, it’s perfect for smaller events, rehearsals, or wellbeing sessions.

Both shelters provide flexible, all-weather spaces that combine practicality with the natural beauty of Knowle Park, supporting creative and community-focused events year-round.

The Lakeside Stage & Lawn

The Lakeside Stage and adjoining Lawn offer flexible, intimate outdoor spaces ideal for performances, fitness, and wellbeing activities. Set beside the water, they create a tranquil environment where audiences and participants can connect with nature.

With excellent sightlines and natural acoustics, the spaces suit spoken word, live music, theatre, and interactive performances. The open lawn is perfect for yoga, pilates, tai chi, meditation, and other outdoor wellbeing sessions, enhanced by the lake and surrounding trees.

Located close to park kiosks, the Lakeside Stage and Lawn combine natural beauty with easy access to refreshments and facilities, making them a welcoming and versatile setting for creative, wellbeing, and community-focused events.
