Guided Bird Watching & Nature Walk

This guided walk will last around an hour and is limited to just 12 people, so early booking is advised.

Your guide for the morning is Nick Bamford, whose ecology credentials include a summer working at Bristol Zoo (selling ice creams, sadly not handling the gorillas) and a childhood spent collecting bugs in his pockets, much to his mother’s horror. Nick has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the birds, bugs and fish found in Knowle Park and will share some fascinating facts about what you see along the way.

Please dress for the weather and wear boots, as we’ll be walking on wet grass and some muddier paths. Bring binoculars or a long lens camera if you have them, and download the Merlin app to help identify birds.
