Spring has arrived at Knowle Park, bringing longer days, sunshine, and a whole season of opportunities to get outside, try something new, and connect with your local community. Whether you’re seeking adventure, inspiration, or simply a moment to relax, our spring programme has something for everyone... and we can’t wait to welcome you!

Don’t miss our annual Easter Egg Hunt (for little explorers under 10 & their families), proudly sponsored by Step in Time Chimney Services and co-hosted with Knowle Park Nursing Home. Bring the family along for a fun-filled day with a very special visit from the Easter Bunny! Tickets are limited, so hurry over to Heartwork Coffee to register for free and secure your spot. You won’t want to miss it!

This Easter half-term, hop along to our free springtime trail - The Great Egg-venture Trail! Kids can follow a trail through the park, completing the puzzle and uncovering hidden surprises along the way. It’s a perfect adventure for families looking to enjoy the outdoors, spark imagination, and explore the park in a fun and interactive way. Trail sheets are available from the kiosks and nearby noticeboard.

For anyone with a green thumb (or just curious to try), our permaculture workshops and course are not to be missed, led by the wonderful Jess Austin who will guide you through creating resilient gardens and designing sustainable, thriving landscapes. If you’ve ever wanted to grow your own veg, we’ve got a hands-on session where you can plant seeds, take them home, and watch your very own little patch flourish - perfect for kids, adults, and anyone who enjoys getting their hands in the soil.

Looking for a moment of reflection? Praise in the Park offers a welcoming space to reflect, sing, and enjoy community up on the amphitheatre with our friends at Cranleigh Baptist Church.

And we haven’t forgotten our four-legged friends! 'Park Pooches' is our lively dog show where tails wag, agility is tested, and dog-lovers gather to share stories and smiles - with plenty of treats (for humans too!) to keep energy levels high.

For lovers of good food, live music, and laughter, Grub & Groove is the place to be. Come along for local food, outdoor games, and live tunes. Keep your eyes peeled for our line-up, packed with performances that will have you dancing, laughing, and enjoying the best of the season!
